Leslie Austin is a recording artist, singer, songwriter, and performer with a southern soul style, uniquely warm tone, and a gritty edge. She grew up singing, dancing, and entertaining from a young age and has always known she was born for the stage. Austin’s early foundation started in the church, worship teams, and faith conferences around the U.S. and she sang in a gospel choir for 8 years that performed with Grammy award-winning artist Kirk Franklin at his home church in Dallas, Texas.

She recently played two international tours in Southern Italy where she was a featured artist representing the USA at Cilento Fest, MyLand Cilento Music Festival, Cicerale Jazz Festival, and more. Austin has been a headlining artist on the main stages of many notable showcases and venues worldwide, including Live Nation’s showcase through Breaking Sound at The Peppermint Club LA and a Dolby Atmos show in Laurel Canyon (LA). To quote actor Sean Penn after seeing the Dolby performance of Leslie, “I’d never seen or heard the singer, but felt like I was seeing & hearing a legend. She’s awesome.”
